Professionalism

EOM Interpreting Solutions adheres to the Code of Professional Conduct under the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf.

Cancellations

All cancellations received with less than two full business days’ notice will be billed at the quoted rate. Assignments booked for more than two days in length will be billed for only the first two days. “No shows” are billed without exception. Any semester-long college course will be billed for the subsequent two weeks’ worth of class periods following the class that is cancelled.

Inclement Weather

The policy of EOM Interpreting Solutions mandates that interpreters arrive at all assignments regardless of weather conditions. If your business chooses to close due to inclement weather, you will be charged for interpreting services unless you cancel 48 hours before the date of the assignment.

Payment

Net payment is due 30 days from invoice date. A late fee of 4% will be assessed for every 15 days late. You will be responsible for any returned check fees incurred by EOM Interpreting Solutions. All payment should be made in the form of a check made payable to EOM Interpreting Solutions.
